Application Scope & Main Functions:

Margarine, Shortening As an emulsifier and anti-splash agent
Chocolate Prevent surface frost, improve gloss, facilitate demoulding, and improve chewing taste
Candy Make sugar cubes shiny, soft and smooth, prevent caking and extend shelf life
Bread, Cakes, Biscuits Increase food elasticity, reduce viscosity, make the product softer, and have a uniform and delicate internal structure
Ice Cream Fully emulsify fat, shorten the freezing time of ice cream mixture, and make bubbles and ice crystals smaller
Instant Milk Powder and Instant Coffee Improve product solubility

200kg/Iron Drum or IBC.

 

Storage & Transportation:

Preserved in unopened original containers in a cool dry place before using, kept away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture; prevented from rain, strong acids or alkalis. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to the packages.

 

Shelf Life:

24 months from the date of product manufacturing if stored under above mentioned conditions.
